How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotations and services, manage client relationships, improve our website and measure marketing performance. We rely on consent, contractual necessity and legitimate interests as appropriate.

Google Analytics, Apollo, Google Ads and OpenAI

With your advertising consent, we use the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to measure visits and successful enquiry submissions after advertising in ChatGPT. It may store an ad-click reference in a first-party cookie and share technical event information with OpenAI. Where automatic advanced matching is enabled, OpenAI may detect supported contact information entered in forms and hash it in the browser before sending it; raw contact information is not sent through that matching feature. We do not include your project brief in our measurement events. You can decline advertising cookies or withdraw consent through Cookie settings. Measurement is optional and does not affect your ability to enquire or book.

With your permission, we may use Google Analytics to understand visits, Apollo visitor intelligence to understand which organisations may be interested in our services, and Google Ads technologies to measure campaigns and show relevant advertising. Apollo may use a first-party cookie and process online identifiers and visit information. These non-essential technologies remain disabled unless you accept them through our cookie banner.

You can accept all cookies or choose essential cookies only. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing essential cookies only after accepting all reloads the page to stop optional tracking. You can also contact bookings@fitzroviapost.com. Retention, security and contact
